DAIRY BOARD AND MINISTERS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 16. It was mentioned by the Prime Minister (the Hon. M. J. Savage) tonight that finality had not been reached at the further conference during the dav between the members of the JNew Zealand Dairy Board and several Ministers of the Crown. Consideration was given td general marketing conditions, but discussion on the details ot the projected ' scheme was not completed. Another conference will be held next week . From other sources it was gatheied that in addition to the Ministerial delegates—the Prince Minister, the Minister for Finance (the Hon. Walter Nash) and the Minister for Agriculture (the Hon. W. Lee Martin)-the Labour member for Manukau (Mr W. J. Jordan), who is to be the next High Commissioner for New Zealand in London was present at the conference; also that it was agreed that a special meeting of the Dairy Board would be held.next Thursday, when a considered report from the Government would be available for consideration. No decision has yet been made regarding the projected visit of Mr C. 1. Agar (deputy-chairman of the Dairy Beard) to London, but it appears to be generally anticipated that he will make the trip.
