HIS FUTURE POSITION. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 15. Mr Malcolm MacDonald, National candidate for the Ross-Cromarty seat, speaking at Dingwall, said: "It depends on you whether I am Dominion Secretary for more than a few weeks." This statement is taken to mean his resignation from Cabinet if he is defeated. Provost Smith decided not to contest the Ross-Cromarty election.
