According to present arrangements, the Foreign Secretary will attend the next meeting of the council of the league on January 20. The agenda includes the dispute between Italy and Ethiopia, questions concerning the free city of Danzig, and among tho usual crowd of technical questions, the report of the non-governmental experts on the treatment of refugees.—British Official Wirl ess.
