SINO-JAPANESE RELATIONS. MOVEMENT FOR ADJUSTMENT. LONDON, December 30. The Shanghai correspondent of “The Times” says it is officially confirmed that China is anxious to rectify the confusion and irregularities characterising the Sino-Japanese relations and has proposed to Japan fundamental readjustment by diplomatic channels. It js understood that Japan agreed.
