GOLD IN FRANCE.
SECOND LARGEST HOLDING. (United Press Association— Copyright! LONDON, December 26: A Paris message says that France lost 15,827,000,000 francs’ worth of gold during 1935, but maintained its position as the second largest gold holder in the world. The Bank of Franco statement to-day revealed that the total gold holdings as December 20 amounted to 66,297,000,000 francs, compared with 82,124,000,000 francs in 1934.
