BROADCASTS OFFEND JAPAN (United Press Association —Copyright.) TOKYO, December ‘24. Mr K. Hirota. (Foreign Minister) has instructed the Japanese l Ambassador at Moscow to protest to the Soviet Government against antiJapanese agitation, especially alleged 1 anti-Japanese broadcasts.
