ACT OF SHANGHAI STUDENTS. STOPPAGE OF ALL TRAINS. (United Press Association—Copyright.) SHANGHAI, December 24. The whole of the international police force Avas mustered to cope with the situation caused when students opposed to the autonomy movement m North China seized the North Shanghai railway station. The demonstrators are well provisioned and boast that they will iomain until they are taken to Nanking to present a manifesto to the Government. Meanwhile they have brought all trains to a standstill by lying across the tracks.
