ij \V. J. Minogue (Postmaster at Ashbnrton), who is on annual leave, has gone to the North Island. Bishop Cherrington intends to sail by the lonic on February 6 for England to raise funds for the extinction of the debts of several parishes in the Waikato diocese. He will be away for the greater part of the year.
