TWO MUTILATED BODIES.

A search that ended only with dusk resulted in the discovery of 30 newspaper . parcels containing portions of two bodies.
The doctors report, that the parts lecovered indicate that the remains are those of a man between 55 and 60 and a woman agedl about 30, .so mutilated that identicatiou is almost iim possible. The man’s fingers were cut off at the knuckles and the ears of both victims were severed. The skin of the woman’s torso and of the man’s face was removed 1 with a sharp instrument resembling a scapel. s The male remains are more decomposed than the female. 'Hie absence of clues recalls the Brighton trunk crime No. 1.
Even the manner of death cannot be discovered.
Doctors are of opinion that the mutilations were the work of a madman.
