SIR A. HERDMAN TO SPEAK. (Per Press Association). AUCKLAND, September 26. It is announced that- Sir Alexander Herdman will address electors in the Parnell electorate next Monday, when it ’is expected that he w ill announce his political plans.
NATIONALIST FOR WAiTEMA l A. A SCHOOL TEACHER CHOSEN. AUCKLAND, September 26. Mr Alexander MacGregor, headmaster of the Mount Eden Public School, was chosen as the National candidate for Waitemata in a selection ballot to-night. There were three other nominations. Mr A. Harris, the present member, is retiring.
