To-day at the Tham Show, in Oxfordshire, the largest one-day agricultural show held in Great Britain, the proceedings were brought to a standstill by the havoc of the gale. A 400-I'oot marquee housing the floral exhibits was blown down and hundreds of pounds worth of damage was done to precious blooms.
