NO ADVICE FROM CENEVA.
PURSUANCE OF PLAN INDICATED
(Received This Day, 8.50 a.m.; GENEVA, September 19. It is reported that Baron Aloisi is not going to Rome, Signor Mussolini saying that he does not want advice from Geneva. This is taken to indicate that 11 Duce adheres to his determination to proceed with the campaign.
CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
ITALIAN STAND FOR PROPOSALS

The official spokesman stated that the proposals were not to hand, but the recommendations were such that Italy cannot accept them.

IMPORTANT ITALIAN DECISIONS,
ROME, September 18
The Cabinet sat from 10.30 a.m. till I p.m. and then adjourned till Saturday. It is believed that important decisions were deferred. Cabinet authorised a State loan at o per cent, to meet the expenses of the defence of the East African colonies.
