RED PROPAGANDA
CIVIL WAR ADVOCATED.
BRITISH POLICY ATTACKED.
(Received This Day, 1.15 p.m.) ' MOSCOW, August 29
Justification for the English, American and other protests against Red propaganda is found in a resolution of the Communist International, published in “Pravdai ” It urges the workers to present a united front throughout the world to prevent the forthcoming Imperialist war, but when war breaks out not to boycott it, but to tuirn the Imperialist war into oivjl war against the Fascist perpetrators and for the destruction of capitalism. The resolution alleges that leaders of the British bourgeoise’s support Germain rearmament in order- to weaken the French and hegemony .of the Continent of Europe and to divert German armed forces from west to east. Thus English diplomats are striving to establish a counterweight to the United States and simultaneously strengthen the anti-Soviet tendencies not only in Germany but also in Japan and Poland.
