Further reference to Mr H. P. Richmond’s cablegram to MV Justice Longrunes concerning the proposed sale of tbo Trust Building was made in the Equity Court to-day. Air David Alauglian, K.C., who is not appearing for any party in the case, inforced the Judge that apparently Air Richmond had selected him to convey the explanatory cablegram, as he know him personally.

Air Maugham explained that Air Richmond, who was a man of high standing, and imbued! with the highest traditions of his profession, deeply' regretted tlie incident.

Air Justice Long-Innes said ho was sorry if the publicity given bis remarks .yesterday had caused Air Richmond any distress.
