SIAMESE CONSPIRATORS ARRESTED.

Serious army disorders are reported from Bangkok, where the Government has arrested 15 non-commissioned officers* who are alleged to have been conspiring for an insurrection. Mr Luang Pradit, Siam’s mystery man, at present Minister for the Interior, left for Europe. The object of his visit is not disclosed, but it is considered significant that the Minister for the Interior, and not . the Foreign Minister, is making the journey.
