CONTINUANCE OF ARBITRATION.
DECISION OF THE COUNCIL
(Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 31
At the private meeting of the League of Nations Council, on the proposal of M. Laval, the delegates agreed that private negotiations continue between Italy, Abyssinia, Britain and France (the two outside countries most interested) and M. Litvinoff (president of the Council), with a view to finding a formula to enable arbitration to continue. —British Official Wirelsss.
