WORLD'S FINEST

PEOPLE OF NEW ZEALAND.

HEALTH AND HAPPINESS.

PRAISE BY LORD BLEDISLOE

(United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, April 30. “R. J. Seddon described Neiv Zealand as God’s Own Country. I call it man’s earthly paradise,” writes Lord Bledisloe, supporting General Sir lan Hamilton’s suggestion that New Zealand is one of the best places in the Empire to bring up a healthy and happy family. Lord Bledisloe adds, “Apart from its scenic loveliness, its incomparable climate, its fertile soils and its excellent sport, it is pre-eminently peopled bv nature’s gentlefolk. Nowhere in the world, considering all classes of both races, is the standard of education, refinement and culture higher or a people more warm-hearted, hospitable and lovable.”
