The Berlin correspondent of the “News-Chronicle” says: “There will be no unemployment in Germany by the end of this year, according to Dr. Ley (leader of the German Labour ’Fi'ont), in a manifesto to workers and employers. “Dr. Ley has drawn up ten commandments for workers. The first says: ‘We greet our leader each morning and thank him nightly forgiving us" the will to live and work.’ ”
