Madame Stavisky has geen liberated, the Court holding there is no legal ground for her detention. M. Darius (editor of the “Midi”) and M. Cuiboutribault (iStavisky’s former lawyer) have been released. MM. Jarat (former Mayor of Bayonne), Heyot (theatre owner), Digon (director of the Bayonne municipal pawnshop), Gaubin (insurance director) are still held in custody. The date of their trial has not been fixed.
