GENERAL ELECTIONS.
PREPARATION OF THE ROLLS. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, April 30. The preparation of the general rolls for the election this year is reported to be well in hand. Under the Electoral Act, persons are required to rewister immediately they have qualified, and they are also required to notify the Registrar of Electors concerned of anv change of address. The Chief Electoral Officer said today that the general rolls close in the ordinary course of events about the end of June and will be printed and distributed to post offices an ° * ei places for the perusal of those interested.
