PROJECTED INCREASE. MORE BASES REQUIRED. (United Press Association—Copyright). LONDON, April 2D. The "Daily Express" says, "The main feature of the Government's air plan is the doubling of expenditure upon new aerodromes and bases. it would be possible to treble the air force in two years, but the existing aerodromes could not deal with the increase." The aviation correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" states that the Air Ministry is consulting the Industry regarding measures to bring about much bigger production.
