FINED FOR SPEEDING.
SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL. RATE OF 40 MILES AN HOUR, (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, April 29. Sir Malcolm Campbell was fined £1 for speeding, at the rate of 40 miles an hour. In a letter to the Court, Sir Malcolm said he did not realise he was in a speed limit area. He had driven for 30 years without accident.
