SKILFUL OPERATION.

EXPOSURE OF THE HEART. STONY MEMBRANE REMOVED. United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, April 6. A daring feat of surgery will probably save the fife of a London boy who it was thought must die because the pericardium membrane of his heart was turning to stone. The heart was exposed through an incision in the breastbone, enabling the surgeon adroitly and patiently to remove the greater part of the stony membrane. The boy is reported to be progressing satisfactorily.
