FRENCH SEAPLANE CRASHES. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 9.35 a.m.) PARIS, March 22. A French naval seaplane crashed near Brest. All six occupants were incinerated. , The seaplane fell at an inaccessible spot, which is only approachable by narrow winding lanes. Consequently the fire engines which were summoned directly the ’plane was seen, took so long to reach the spot that when they reached the seaplane it was a charred mas 3.
