FINANCE AND EMPLOYMENT. i n •. - ■ MELBOURNE, March 21. The State Parliament has opened. The Governor’s speech mentioned the intention of the Government to maintain the principles of sound finance. It will introduce immediately legislation for the relief of the piimaiy producer and continue the policy of enabling private industry to reabsorb employees.
