TIMARU OPPOSES THE BILL. (Special to the "Guardian.") TIMARU, This Day. At the Chamber of Commerce meeting last evening, the Rural Mortgagors' Final Adjustment Bill came in for discussion, Mr A. M. H. Shirtcliff contending that it was premature and that the provisions of the Mortgagors Relief Act were tfafficient for the present time. A resolution was carried "That this chamber considers the Bill contains so many conditions which are untried and may be dangerous that it should not be proceeded with until it has received more consideration by all parties who may be affected by it.
