RETIRING FROM BENCH
SIR ALEXANDER HERDMAN. {Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. Sir Alexander Herdman has communicated to the Government his desire to retire from the, Sup'euio Court bench. It is understood that Cabinet has accepted his resignation and that he will vacate office in about one month's time.
