VISCOUNT GALWAY LEAVES. NEW ZEALANDERS ASSEMBLE. (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.0 a.m.) LONDON, March 7. A large gathering of New Zealanders headed by Sir James Parr (High Commissioner for New Zealand) enthusiastically farewelled' Viscount Galway and his family on ehtramirig to sail by the Rangitata. The Earl and Countess of Liverpool and, a number of relatives, old family retainers, also Sir E. J. Harding Batterbee (Assistant UnderSecretary), Admiral Bromley (Private Secretary to the Secretary of State of the Dominions Office) were present.
