KING'S JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS. THE GREENOCK CORPORATION. UNEMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS. (United Press Association—Copyright.} (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) LONDON, February 19. The Greenock Corporation decided, by 12 votes to 10, not to attend a enurch service or take part in the celebrations of the King's jubilee. The opponents of participation cited meetings of unemployed whose conditions the Government could improve.
