POSTED TO A SENATOR. FAILED TO EXPLODE. (United Press Association—Cepyright) WASHINGTON, February 18. A bomb, apparently of home construction, but containing m large quantity of nitro-glycorine, was received at Senator Huey ("Kingfish") Long's Senate office to-day, but it failed to explode when it was opened by a secretary. Senator Long was not present at the time.- In fact, he was not in' Washington. The package, addressed in an illiterate handwriting, was postmarked Medford, Oregon.
