Citrine (General Secretary of tli<3 Trades Union Congress) declared that one-third of the German workers are earning under 15s a Aveek, another third under 245, one-fifth betAA'een 24s 6d and 32s Bd, and less than 1 per cent, are receiving £2. Wages in Germany are iioav the loAvest for half a century.
