The two youths who were reported on Saturday to have been drowned at Marobra as the result of a canoe upset, are alive. It appears that the canoe capsized, but the boys righted it. When it capsized again the lads swam to the beach, pulling the canoe behind them. They reached shore three hours after and did not know that they had been reported drowned.
