Nazi propaganda in South West Africa is to receive a setback. It is officially announced that the Government has decided not to postpone any longer the introdmetion of the draft Criminal Law Amendment, air Ordinance which provides for a penalty not exceeding £IOO or a year’s imprisonment, or both, for tlie wearing of a uniform without the Administration's permission, for Inciting others toi boycott any particular race, and for disseminating propaganda on behalf of, or becoming a member of, any foreign organisation whose activities are subversive to peace.
