BOARD PAYS MONEY INTO BANK. *Per Press Association). INVERCARGILL, September 15. The amount of its half-yearly interest to London bondholders, £41,350, was paid into the bank to-day hy the Southland Power Board. When converted into its sterling equivalent in London the amount will represent only £33,000, and the Government has announced its intention of paying th* difference, £8250, thus enabling the bondholders to receive the full amount
