The swiftness of Russian justice is revealed in the case of the workers' ferry which capsized a fortnight ago in the River Oka at Nijninovgorod, resulting in 24 people being drowned.
Two boatmen were sentenced to-day to 10 'years' imprisonment for negligence of' duty.
