NEW YORK'S OLDEST PAPER. (United Press Association— Copyright). NEW,; YORK, September 14. The city's oldest newspaper, the "New York Evening Post," to-day changed its format to a tabloid of five columns, approximately 17| inches by 11 inches. The first issue consisted of 56 pages. An announcement explaining the reason for the change stated: "It form than can be conveniently read."
