On Saturday 23rd September, usual 4.56 p.m. Timaru-Ashburton train will leave Orari 6.25 p.m., Ashburton arrive 7.33 p.m.. connecting with special train leaving Ashburton 7.45 p.m. and arriving Christchurch 9.24 p.m. These trains will convey horses in U~ wagons and will stop where required to set down passengers and put oh' horses.
