T is hereby notified that by resolu- . tion dated the 14th day of August, iu33, the shareholders of the above Society resolved that the Society should be terminated and William Henry Nicholls and Harold Alexander Charles North, of Ohristchurch, Public Accountants, were appointed Trustees to effect the dissolution. Notice has now been received from the Registrar of Building Societies that the resolution in in order and effective in accordance with the said Act. It is the intention of the Trustees to distribute the funds of the Society on or alter the 31st day of October, 1933, and all persons, firms or companies "having claims against the Society are requested to lodge their claims by that date as otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution. All shareholders on the Register have been communicated with and need take no further steps, but all other claimants must lodge their claims by the 31st October next as above mentioned.
