Page, S.M., to-day, with negligent driving so as to cause death. The accident occurred on the night of May 21. When defendant was driving back to Palmerston North, he attempted to cross the railway at Porirua, defendant's wife and four-year-old daughter, and Mrs. Gaskin and Miss Enright losing their lives. Lincoln was'committed for trial, bail being allowed in a bond of £SO.
