SPANISH CABINET.
RADICAL AS PREMIER. (United Press Association—Copyright). MADRID, Sept. 12. A new, Cabinet has been formed under the leadership of Senor Lerroux, the Radical. The new Cabinet consists of:— Senor Abornoz, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Senor Asensi, Minister of Justice. Senor Barruos, Minister of the Interior. General Garcia., Minister of War. Senor Iranzo, Minister of Marine. Senor Barnes, Minister of Education. Senor Del Rio, Minister of Public Works. Senor Feced, Minister of Agriculture. Senor Samper, Minister of Labour. Senor Paratcha, Minister of Commerce. Senor Santalo. Minister of Communications. Senor Lara. Minister of Finance. The Madrid correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" said yesterday that Spain was still without a successor to Senor Azaua. Another patchwork Government was probable in order to save the Republic from a general election, though Senor Lerroux, the Radical leader, ' was convinced that the Cortes has long outlived its mandate. Already six different Cabinets had been suggested but withdrawn for various reasons. The revolutionary leaders fear a big swing in the direction of the Right. which is manifesting itself in several directions.
