VALUABLE DIAMOND STOLEN.

Smash-and-grab raiders hurled a hammer through the. window of Harris and Son, jewellers, in. Hatton Garden, and stole a Brazilian diamond worth £IO,OOO. The raiders escaped in a motor-car.
