SIX GOLDEN RULES.
MUSSOLINI'S CREED. MILAN, July 10. "Popolo d'ltalia" publishes a letter addressed by Signor Mussolini to one of the Federal secretaries of the ' party, and wherein the Duce enumerates the following six golden rules for the conduct of Fascist functionaries:— Firstly, neither by day nor night, frequent luxury restaurants, bars or theatres j secondly, go on foot as much as possible or, if necessary, ride a motor-cycle, but avoid de luxe cars; thirdly, appear on official parades and at aeceptions in the revolutionary black shirt and shun the top hat; fourthly, do not modify in any particular your habits and standard of living; fifthly, be punctilious in kepping office hours, and make a point of coux-teously listening to the greatest, possible number of people; sixthly, pay frequent visits to working class districts and seek to assist the labouring classes to their utmost ability, especially in the stress of the present time.
