MINIATURE RIFLES.

THE LYNNFORD CLUB. There was a large attendance at the weekly shoot of the Lynnford Miniature Rifle Club'«when the first shoot for a trophy presented by Mr F. Curtis was fired. The best scores were: J, Bishop 78, F. Morriss 78, C. Dell £6, W. Dell 76, N. Bauerle 75, A. Lamont 74, L. Doll 73, R, Johnston 70, S. Johnston 70, W. Henderson" 70, and N. Hadler 70. The hotty button was won by J. Bishop. During the evening the opportunity was taken to make a presentation to Mr N. Hadler and Mr W. Dell, members of the club who have left the district. The club will fire the first shoot of the Cass Cup at Hinds on Monday.
