SUDDEtf DEATH AT WORK. (Per Press Association). AUCKLAND, June 14. "It cannot ho stated too definitely and emphatically that the mere fact that a man dies at his work is not ni itself sufficient proof that his death was due to an accident arising from his employment," said Mr Justice Frazer in a reserved judgment toHis Honor rejected a claim for £IOOO damages made by the widow of a lorry driver who was found dying on the roadside beside the lorry. He said the deceased was in such a condition that he might have died at any time and it had not been proved that his death was accelerated by his work.
