BANKER ACCUSED.
ALLEGED FALSE ENTRIES TRIAL 'IN UNITED STATES (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 6. Joseph Hardman (formerly head cf the Hardman National Rank and Trust Company) was indicted by a Federal grand jury to-day on charges of making, and causing to Ire made, 14 false entries on the book of the bank. Hardman was previously arrested on a Federal warrant charging him with similar offences. The bank did not open after a bank holiday, being placed in the hands of a conservator.
