PERSIAN OILFIELDS.
ORIGIN OF THE DISPUTE. SOVIET INFLUENCE BLAMED. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) ■ ' LONDON, December 8. The newspapers attribute the dispute regarding the Persian oilfields to Soviet influence. The "Daily Mail" says that for 12 years Soviet emissaries have been inciting Persia to confiscate the oilfields.
