A sensation has been caused in military circles by the arrest of a draftsman and six others, all of whom are civilians, in the Army General Stall Office, at Tokio. They are stated to be active Communists. It is alleged that the draftsman betrayed military secrets, besides .spreading Red propaganda, and inciting soldiers to mutiny.
