GUILTY OF THEFT.

THREE MONTHS IN GAOL. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 15. Three months' imprisonment was imposed by Mr Page, S.M., on William Sinclair, aged twenty-three, an electrician, on a charge of stealing two photo electric cells, an electric pick-up and periscope, of a total value of £4o, the property of Beproducer Systems, Ltd., Auckland, with whom he was formerlv employed. Accused, who pleaded guilty, had previously been on probation, and Mr Page remarked that he did not seem to have learnt his lesson.
