RUSSIA’S DICTATOR.
LUXURY IN TRAVEL. BRITISH CARS ORDERED. LONDON, April 22. The Russian dictator, Yosiph Stalin, has ordered, through the Russian trade delegation, nine luxurious British motor ears, at a cost of between £2600 and £3OOO each.. Visitors to Moscow in future, therefore, may (ind themselves, when they •ire the guests of the Soviet, driven from the railway in vehicles which in the past have been associated with the eonvevance' of the richest members ol the aristocracy.
