FINED £3O AND DELICENSED. (Per Press Association.) TF. AROHA, April 10. Albert Hirst, farmer, of Elstow, was charged before Mr F. W, Platts, S.M.* to-day with having while in a state of intoxication driven a motor-car in such manner as to collide gith Alary Fitzgerald. aged 70, severely injuring her. Defendant, who pleaded guilty in ex * tenuating circumstances, was fined £3O, and his license was cancelled for two years.
